All- Out Cleansing Balm

This product is literally the balm-dot-com! Our All Out Cleansing Balm
dissolves makeup, excess oil and melts away even the most stubborn lip
and eye makeup. It’s light on the skin, non-greasy, safe for sensitive
skin. Skin feels squeaky clean, nourished and well-loved.

Apply a small amount onto the skin and massage in small, circular
strokes, If need be, add a little water to help emulsify the product.
Use carefully over the eyes to remove stubborn, residual makeup. Wipe
off with damp cotton pads and rinse off thoroughly.
