I'm having difficulty placing my order!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, our warehouse team will ship it out within two business days. You can expect to receive your package within 2-4 business days at maximum, However Most of orders are delivered next day.For international orders, please allow up to 10 business days. Also, factor in any possible delays caused by your local customs.
How will I know if you received my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive the email within 10-15 minutes, Please check your spam folder and white list our email address. If you don't receive an email within 15 minutes, please open a support ticket and we will be happy to assist you.
When will I receive a tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number once our warehouse team has shipped out your order. This is usually within one business day. For example, if you place an order on Friday or during the weekend, our warehouse team will have your order shipped by Monday (non-holidays). As soon as they ship it out, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
What is the difference between your products and other make-up products available in market.
We do not launch any product unless it is not tested over time and we assure desired results at our end. Once we are sure about the results and efficacy, we make the product available for general users. We try to use 100% pure and safe ingredients in our products. The cheaper products that you see on other sites are either harmful for your skin or not tested over time. Often times other brands have diluted solutions--which is why they can offer cheaper prices. I have oily skin. Can I still use this product? Absolutely! The 24K ROSES & GOLD GLOWING FACE is meant for all skin-types. A common misconception is that people with oily skin cannot use face oils. However, using an oil can actually combat oily skin, and help balance out your skin.
Will it clog my pores and cause acne?
Everyone's skin reacts differently. That's why we always recommend doing a test application. However, the 24K ROSES & GOLD GLOWING FACE has antibacterial properties, which help reduce the appearance of blemishes and scars.
How should I store this product?
We recommend that you keep the oil away from heat. It is best preserved at room temperature.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order you must contact us ASAP to process the cancellation. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed. Please submit a support ticket within 24 hours to cancel your order or contact our support team Otherwise, your order may already be shipped. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed or cancelled the following business day.
